1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast: cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 egg white
1/4 cup Enfagrow A+ milk (plain variant)
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius). Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare 3 bowls: one for flour and seasonings (mix together), one for egg and Enfagrow A+ milk (stir together) and one for crushed cornflakes.
Roll chicken pieces in flour and seasoning mixture. Shake off excess flour.
Dip each chicken piece into the milk mixture. Coat the chicken pieces with cornflakes.
Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over after 5 minutes and bake for another 5 minutes till golden.
Serving Suggestion:
Ketchup, barbecue sauce or fat free ranch dressing and flavour and colour.
