500 GM T.hight protein
3 sudu bsr marjerin
3 sudu bsr susu pekat
2 sudu kecik sofner
garam
2 sudu kecikbread improver
1 biji telur
1 cwn ais batu
2 sudu bsr susu tepung

Cara memasak:
satukan semua..kecuali air..buh yis td..pastu buh air ckit2..klau lembik tmbh tepung..uli sampai x lekat..tutp adunan..bila kembang tumbuk2..pastu bulat2kan..renjis air..bakar dlm 15 minit…
utk..Atas.. sapu marjerin dulu atas roti.. ambik mayonis campur dgn susu pekat..sapu atas roti..tabur chicken frrost
