Ingredients:
- 3 cup water
- Ginger, thumb-size and peeled
- 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- Juice from one lime
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Put water in a large pot, then drop in ginger. Boil, then simmer for a minute. Cool then chill.
- Mix pineapple juice and crushed pineapple in chilled ginger ale. Add lime juice. Serve with ice.
