Ingredients:

  • 3 cup water
  • Ginger, thumb-size and peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • Juice from one lime
  • Ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Put water in a large pot, then drop in ginger. Boil, then simmer for a minute. Cool then chill.
  2. Mix pineapple juice and crushed pineapple in chilled ginger ale. Add lime juice. Serve with ice.
