Bahan:
- 1 cawan butter ( 226 gram) at room temp) bukan butter cair atau lembik.
- 1 biji kuning telor.
- 1 suduteh asen vanila.
- 20 gram gula.
- 40 gram tepung jagung,
- 50 gram tepung kastard.
- 20 gram susu tepung.(boleh tukar ke coffemate powder pun ok)
- 240 gram tepung gandum.
- 1 biji kuning telor + beberapa titik pewarna kuning telor untuk sapuan.

Cara-cara:
- Sebatikan telor, butter, gula dan asen vanilla. ( baya hanya guna spatula aja)
- Masukkan tepung satu pesatu, mula tepung jagung, tepung kastard dan susu tepung. Gaul sebati.
- Masukkan tepung gandum. Gaul sebati.
- Lepas tu masukkan dalam acuan tart golung tekan keluar, letak jem dan gulong.
- Bakar 350F selama 17-19 minute.
Nota : Jika adunan nie masih melekit dekat tangan kena masuk skit skit tepung rasanya tak banyak dalam 10 gram aja. Jika adunan kering pula kena masukkan butter tak banyak, sikit aja jika kering pun. Adunan mesti dapat seperti gambar dibawah. Baya sentiasa tutup adunan nie dengan tuala atau tissue paper atau cling sepaya adunan nie tak kering. Cuba tekan dengan adunan jika ia keluar elok dan tak putus putus adunan tu elok, seeloknya dicuba terus . Tekan sekeping lepas tu letak jem try gulung kalau tak merekah maknanya adunan tu dah ok. Last sapukan kuning telor.

Ingredients:
- 3 cup water
- Ginger, thumb-size and peeled
- 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- Juice from one lime
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Put water in a large pot, then drop in ginger. Boil, then simmer for a minute. Cool then chill.
- Mix pineapple juice and crushed pineapple in chilled ginger ale. Add lime juice. Serve with ice.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup chilled orange juice
- 50 ml Red Bull Energy Drink
- Chilled ice-soda water
Directions:
- Mix pineapple juice, orange juice and energy drink in a tall glass.
- Top with chilled ice-soda water.
- Stir.
- Serve with an orange wedge.

In: Ayam/Chicken
Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 1 lb. chicken thigh or breast meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 green, red and yellow bell pepper
- 4 lemon wedges and parsley (garnish)
- marinade sauce: (4 tbs. sugar and 1 tds. flour)
- 8 bamboo skewers
Directions:
- Cut chicken meat, onion and peppers into. 1″ cubes.
- Skewer bell pepper alternating colors with onion, and cubes of chicken in same direction (no space in between)
- Bring marinade sauce to a boil and allow to cool.
- Place kebabs on hot grill, brush marinade sauce on and turn to cook all sides until meat is cooked well done.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
