<li><span style="color: #000080;">1 ulas bawang besar &#8211; dimayang kasar </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000080;">2 ulas bawang putih &#8211; ditumbuk </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000080;">1 inci halia &#8211; ditumbuk </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000080;">air limau kasturi </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000080;">sedikit garam dan gula secukup rasa </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Cara memasak: </strong></p>
<p>1.    Ikan disiang, lumurkan dengan garam dan kunyit.  Goreng dan ketepikan.<br />
2.    Dengan menggunakan minyak yang sama tumiskan bawang putih dan halia yang telah ditumbuk tadi.  Bila dah berbau harum (garing) masukkan cili merah yang telah dikisar, garam dan gula, kacau dan biar sampai pecah minyak.<br />
3.    Masukkan ikan yang telah digoreng tadi dan gaul hingga sebati.  Masukkan bawang besar yang dimayang kasar, kacau hingga agak layu.<br />
4.    Curahkan air perahan limau kasturi sebelum dihidangkan.</span></p>

May be used for various cuisine, including berbecue (such a satay), in frying chicken, fish, meat and seafood, &#8220;lontong&#8221;, steamed nuts, coconut milk dishes, &#8220;percik&#8221;chicken and other dishes.</span></p>
