<li>2 Epal hijau,kuib</li>
<li>30 gm mentega</li>
<li>20 gm gula kastor</li>
<li>1/2 camca teh serbuk kulit kayu manis</li>
<li>50 gm Kismis hitam</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bahan B</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>20gm tepung susu</li>
<li>200gm tepung gandum</li>
<li>1/2 camca teh serbuk penaik</li>
<li>1/4 camca teh soda</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>100gm Nestum Original</li>
<li>125gm mentega</li>
<li>80gm gula merah</li>
<li>1 biji telur</li>
<li>1/4 camca esen vanilla</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Penyediaan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Masak bahan A selama 10 minit di atas api sederhana sehingga pekat. Ketepikan.</li>
<li>Ayak bersama bahan B dan masukkan Nestum, ketepikan.</li>
<li>Krim mentega dan gula merah hingga sebati. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla.</li>
<li>Kaup balikkan campuran tepung dan gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh yang lembut.</li>
<li>Canai doh dan gunakan acuan tartlet. Isikan dengan bahan A.</li>
<li>Bakar dalam ketuhar yang bersuhu 180&#8242;C selama 15-20 minit atau hingga kekuningan.</li>
<li>Keluarkan dari ketuhar dan sejukkan selama 20 minit sebelum disimpan dalam bekas kedap udara.</li>
