1. Ambil sebiji ubi kentang bersaiz sederhana, buangkan kulit dan cuci bersih.<br />
2. Potong kentang menjadi bentuk dadu dan rebus sehingga empuk.<br />
3. Setelah empuk, kisar kentang tersebut sehingga halus.<br />
4. Tambahkan sedikit air masak semasa mengisar untuk memudahkan proses mengisar.</p>
