• Leftover fried chicken, about 5 or 6 pieces; cut into bite-sized portions
  • 2 big onions – cut into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic – chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons Thai chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • pepper to season
  • 1 sprig spring onions – chopped

Method :-

In a work, heat the cooking oil, throw in the onion rings and garlic. fry until they turn soft and aromatic, then add the chicken. Pour in all the sauces and cook to a simmer. Season with pepper. Add the springs onions. Dish out the chicken and serve with rice.
